European style vanities with lights over glass mirrors from Benson’s Lumber & Hardware at the allowance determined by house style selection.

Exterior Doors and Structure
Insulated exterior metal finish doors. Front door to be fiberglass & will be painted white (alternate door color selections are not an option prior to closing). 
3’ – 0” wide, full light insulated glass door to a 12’ x 8’ deep pressure treated deck.

 

Kitchens and Laundry
European style cabinets with your choice of colors and countertop selections, selected from Benson’s Lumber & Hardware, with allowances based on style of home selected.
Appliance allowance at Major Brands-$1,000.00 (Approximate standard appliance opening sizes: 30” range, 30” range hood,  24” dishwasher & 36” refrigerator-Note: appliances selected other than standard sizes must be approved by Ashwood Development Co. Inc. prior to purchase).

Windows
Tilt balance vinyl windows with insulated glass, screens and stationary in glass grilles.

1/2” sheetrock with smooth finish on all interior walls and textured ceilings throughout.
Flat latex wall paint “Atrium white” color.
Interior raised six panel hardboard door with wood frames and 2 1/2” “colonial” trim.
3 1/2” “colonial” wood baseboard.
All interior trim to be painted with semi-gloss “Atrium white” paint.
White ventilated closet shelving.
Your choice of wall-to-wall flooring with a $16 per yard allowance. Selections to be made at Benson’s Lumber & Hardware. Upgraded selections may require additional under-layment, charges will be passed on to the homeowner.
